30-Day Return Window

You have 30 natural days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product (e.g., shower sprayer, soap dish, towel hook) must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any signs of wear, moisture, or installation marks.

  • The item must remain in its original manufacturer packaging, complete with all hardware accessories, mounting brackets, screws, seals, and instruction booklets.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided with your request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following conditions apply:

  • Items that have been plumbed, connected to water supplies, or mounted onto walls using adhesives or hardware, rendering them non-resellable.

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or deliberate tampering.

  • Gift cards or promotional items provided free of charge.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, photos/videos showing the item's current condition, and the reason for the return.

  2. Review & Approval: Our customer care team (managed by Parmjit Sood) will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Mail your package to our dedicated return hub:

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your bathroom hardware arrives damaged, scratched, or missing components:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected].

  • Attach clear photographs showing the damage to both the product and the outer shipping box.

  • We will promptly dispatch a replacement at zero additional cost to you or issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees paid.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once your returned item arrives at our UK facility, our quality inspection team will evaluate its condition within 3 business days.

  • Upon approval, we will initiate your refund. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing timelines.

  • Shipping Fee Deductions: If your original order incurred a standard shipping fee ($5.99 for orders under $10.00), this fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
